a hit!

we had our first youth group on saturday nite, and for a small town i must say it was a success! at first we didn't think many kids were going to show up... then we sent them out on an "amazing race-pizza edition" scavenger hunt type thing and they came back with more kids than we sent out! so we made pizza, played some ping-pong (including crazy trade off ping pong) and we all had a blast!

I'm still learning the kid's names, so i'm not gonna post any names, but these are just a few that i took of the kids... once i get to know them a little better i'll be able to tell you who they are... what makes me feel old is that most of these kids weren't even in school when i graduated... ughh...

For everyone praying for us... thanks! but we do need more prayer.... that there will be more kids come out and that they stay committed to coming and that more will accept Jesus as their Saviour!
